Right of return

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags. Any item not complying with these conditions may be refused.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@ledressingdeclem.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with shipping instructions.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or a defective item.

Refund

After reception and verification of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the payment method used for the order.

Non-refundable items

Sale items, earrings, swimwear, and lingerie cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
